April Feature Updates


Our Software Development team have committed to releasing new software features every three weeks, and been hard at work delivering some great new features. Read below for more information!


Label Printing

Available for all customers

We have completely rewritten the label printing technology. With just a few clicks you are now able to automatically print labels by category, brand, supplier or location. We have added a live preview of how your barcode will look, and you are now able to customise your font sizes.

Emailed Receipts

Available for all customers

Your customers can now receive environmentally-friendly emailed receipts. Just turn on the option in the Receipt Info section of the Back Office, and make sure you have your customer's email address added to their account on the till.

Blind End of Day

Available for all customers

In the Back Office you can now add the permission "Blind End of Day" to your roles. Employees with this role aren't able to see the amount taken when they are completing the End of Day screen. This gives you confidence that the figure they are entering into the till is accurate, and allows you to monitor the variance level.

View and Print Historic End of Day

Available for all customers

Employees that have the ability to close the till can now also access the End of Day history where they can view the reports from previous days, and reprint any missing reports without having to access the Back Office.

Sales By Customer Type Report

Available for all customers

If you are using different Customer Specific Pricing there is a new report that shows you the sales by different Customer Types. This report is viable under the Customer heading of the Reporting section of the Back Office.

Continuous Till Syncing

Available for all customers

If you are a frequent user of offline mode you will now find that your sales data will upload to the Back Office quicker when you are able to reconnect to the internet.

Location Specific Products

Available on the Corporate Module

You can down make Product Groups with specific products or categories, and then assign these to each of your locations. This allows different products to be available on different Epos systems for when products are not available in different locations.

Multiple Choice Popup Notes

Available for all customers

You are now able to set whether your Multiple Choice notes should automatically pop up on screen when the products they are attached to are selected.
