Clarice House is a luxury boutique group of health and beauty retreats across Suffolk and Essex. Each location has a range of bars, cafes and restaurants, on top of their spa treatments meaning they either had to choose between several different systems for each part of their business or a versatile EPoS system.
It was important for David Bartlett (Food and Beverage Manager at Clarice House) that the system could cope with the requirements of the the bar, cafe and restaurant, whilst giving him easy access to sales figures. The system allows David to access the back office function from his laptop or smartphone and also makes it possible to run our software on existing hardware.Managers are able to access data for multiple locations from anywhere using the back office facility, which organises all sales data into one place.
