Manage all active subscriptions
Identify and manage all active subscriptions, with a full understanding of the cost. You will be able to view when and how the payment will be taken.
Preview upcoming payments
Identify what payments will be coming out of your selected account in the coming month, including annual renewals.
Update primary contact information
Update your contact details as and when you need to. This will ensure your invoices are sent to the correct contact in your business and allow us to contact you if we need to discuss your account.
Update billing information
Avoid failed payments and the complications that come with them by updating your payment methods when required. You can update expired cards or changes credit/debit card details at any time. You can also amend your payment method at any time if you’d rather pay by Direct Debit.
Book call backs
If you have a query related to your subscription service, you can now book a call back from our Customer Success team at a time convenient to you, directly through your Subscriptions Hub.
Pay overdue payments
Check the Subscriptions Hub to check the causes of a failed payment. If a payment is missed or failed due to incorrect information, you can pay through your back office interface.
Download old invoices
Full account transparency means you can download historic invoices should you need them at any time.
