Now in their 23rd year, the awards celebrate the teams and individuals working towards contact centre excellence across the country. The Brewery in London was the setting for this year’s glittering Gala dinner, which culminated in the grand award ceremony hosted by street dancer and Britain’s Got Talent winner Ashley Banjo.
The awards have a stand-out reputation within the industry and feature a comprehensive judging criteria, covering impact and innovation, process improvement and efficiency. This year’s judging panel consisted of previous award winners and industry experts from within a customer service environment.
Established in 2017, Epos Now’s contact centre support team have been instrumental in maintaining our 5* Excellence rating on Trustpilot, an independent review site. The win recognises their commitment to customer support excellence, the likes of which has led to a 60% reduction in complaints since the team’s inception.
