The campaign ran from the 6th - 10th November and we’re pleased to say the growth in engagement across the platform was a huge success over the course of the week!
FeatureVote week enabled Epos Now to reach out to thousands of customers across the platform to hear about what features they wanted on the system. There was a significant growth in the number of:
- New ideas that were submitted
- New users to FeatureVote
- Additional comments on existing suggestions
Overall, Feature Vote week gave us a 711% increase in customer engagement in comparison to usual weeks.
We are really pleased with the results, as this growth in the voice of the customer will benefit our system massively. We now have a wider community of customers to reach out to for opinions on new features and more opportunity to generate new ideas to improve the lives and businesses of our customers.
