The Grocer has been the leading publication for the grocery retail industry for over 150 years, their Gold Awards have become the retail industry's barometer for success.
Now in its 14th year, The Grocer wanted to break the mould by creating a different kind of scheme; one that would make a truly positive statement about the great work being done by the companies in the retail sector. With that in mind, the awards are focused on key business areas such as innovation and customer satisfaction.
Showcasing our newest hardware innovation, POStoGO, the judges selected tech suppliers who have meaningfully boosted the sales, profitability, effectiveness and/or reputation of a grocery retailer or supplier.
“POStoGO is truly a unique product affording our SME customers more versatility and flexibility in addressing their retail needs. It was designed and built in response to feedback from our customers. By creating a fully mobile point-of-sale device, we have better-equipped businesses to serve their customers, cut admin time and boost revenue, allowing them to compete against huge corporate competition.” Jacyn Heavens, CEO.
Other finalists in the category include Zapper and Blue Yonder Software. The winners will be announced on Tuesday 13th June at the grand Guildhall, London.
