Our software team has had a busy few weeks and have released the following exciting new features today.
See the breakdown on your products how you want to see it. Reporting categories can be used to group categories in a more manageable way for reporting. You can set a reporting category for each category in your back office. The Reporting Categories Report found under Turnover by Category will then allow you to compare sales between these categories.
Add article codes to products and nominal codes to your categories to help manage your financial accounts. This data is then displayed in the Bookkeeping report.
Note: The nominal code of the reporting category is used where available. If no reporting category is set then the nominal code of the main category is used.
Manage your products easier by choosing what data you want to display. On the Product list simply select which details you want to see using the check boxes provided.
Find the promotion much easier by searching for a promotion by name or description in the back office. You can also filter the results by promotion type to narrow down your search.
Search for sales data on a single product or group of products within the Sale By Product report.
Huge improvement’s to the speed of the till. Most noticeable when using a large number of products, promotions or large transaction.
Address can now be printed on the main customer receipt. This makes it much easier for deliver drivers as the only one receipt is needed.
The address will only be printed for eat out transactions and if the Print customer address on eat out transactions option is set on the Receipt Info page in the back office.
