
Back office redesign: The back office design has been refreshed to highlight all important information with an improved user flow. This ensures you can find what you're looking for with ease. The mobile experience has now been optimised so mobile working is quicker and easier to navigate.
Discount promotions: All users on the Athena platform are now able to discount items which are in an active promotion. A pop up will appear to confirm if you wish to remove the promotion from the item before discounting.
Scanners: Scanning issues experienced by Athena users with our barcode scanners should now be resolved.
Permissions changes: You can set permissions for your staff to void items that have not yet been ordered. This means till users are able to delete items they put through by mistake before they are sent to the kitchen. A second permission we have added is the ability to allow staff members to select and use the MISC products button, as we understand some users want to restrict the ability to use these products.
Stock amendments: The back office refresh has also been updated to ensure the price of a product will be updated on receiving a purchase order, whereas previously it would only update the stock batch.
Automatic cost price recalculation: We have now implemented the ability to update the cost price of your products that are made up of Master Products. This means recipes that have the cost price made up of ingredient cost prices will be updated automatically when an ingredient cost price is changed. You can find this new permission on your company setup page. Example: If the price of your master products increases (Eggs, sugar and flour), all of your products containing this ingredient (Coffee Cake, Vanilla Cupcake etc) will automatically have their cost price updated.
Bulk import increase: The number of items you can bulk import has been doubled to 4000 lines.
Stock look up update: In response to your FeatureVote requests you are now able to see stock quantities sold on the stock look up page.
