Beau is a beauty salon, specialising in beauty treats for all occasions. Judith (Owner of Beau) was keen to find an EPoS system that would save her time and allow her to spend more time running her business and less time doing admin tasks.

Judith and her team previously used an appointments book to keep track of appointments but it got confusing and messy when appointments were changed or cancelled. Time-specific promotions can be easily added, so Judith can introduce offers on the days the salon isn’t so busy.
The Epos Now Back Office can be accessed from any device as it is cloud-based, so Judith can access her sales data on the go, even when she is not at the salon. The Epos Now system is highly customiseable and allows Judith to edit authorisation levels for each member of staff, so only her assistant manager and supervisor can give refunds and discounts. It also ensures that only selected staff can access the sales data so sensitive information such as profit margins and sales figures are protected.
Judith has also saved time adding up hours from a rota as all staff at Beau now clock in and out through the till, so the Back Office can generate hours and pay, which Judith loves.
