It’s been an eventful year for Epos Now and our 30,000 customers. We’ve done lots of listening and improving our system to enable you to run your business better. Here’s a quick review of what we’ve achieved in 2017!

When talking about the finalists, Adrian Tripp, CEO of the European Business Awards said: “They are central to the success of Europe’s strong business community, and have shown the core principles we look for of innovation, ethics and success.”

Onboarded world-class customers

The scalability of Epos Now’s system was a proven success having taken on some large corporate customers. The National Ice Centre, Boxpark shopping centre and Swalec Olympic stadium now all enjoy the benefits innovative cloud-based point-of-sale affords.

Our in-house development programme blends communication and technical skills training to ensure you can get the best from your EPOS system. Princess Anne awarded the scheme the UK’s highest training accolade, 2017’s Princess Royal Training Award.

As a cloud-based business and small business advocate we were delighted to be named “Best SaaS Product for Small Business”. The SaaS Awards is an international programme celebrating excellence and innovation in the scope of cloud-based “solutions as a service.”

Epos Now: A year in review

Epos Now was proud to launch our most innovative software to date in 2016 and it was fantastic to see it mature with each software release. Today, over 90% of our customer base has been migrated to Athena and the unification of our Global codebase has welcomed our US customers on to the platform. We look forward to delivering more features and functionality in 2018!


Our products are only customer-centric if our customers can actively contribute to the development of the system. Epos Now’s FeatureVote app, available through your back office interface allows you to suggest and vote for features that you want to see incorporated into your EPOS. By running our #FeatureVoteWeek competition we were able to increase customer engagement by an enormous 711%!

Beating huge corporate POS providers such as First Data and Bleep UK for 'Best In-Store Solution' is a testament to Epos Now's customer-centric innovation, ensuring we are delivering the features and functionalities our customers need to thrive.
