The National Contact Centre Awards are a nation wide celebration of call centre excellence, recognising the individuals and teams who ensure their place of work delivers an industry-leading best practice approach to customer service. Now in their 23rd year, the awards are a benchmark of quality for contact centres and their staff all over the UK.
Epos Now's Customer Success Manager, Alice Bush (third from the right) has been recognised as one of the UK's best, shortlisted as a 'Customer Experience Champion'. It's a double celebration for Alice, whose team have also been nominated and shortlisted in the 'Contact Centre Support Team' category!
The team was founded 9 months ago in an effort to improve the customer experience. They were tasked with identifying pain points, spotting training opportunities and addressing any issues experienced by our customers. Since its inception there has been a 60% reduction in complaints helping to secure Epos Now's 5* Excellence rating on independent review site, Trustpilot.

The judging panel, who are made up of industry experts working in the sector will meet Alice and the team at Epos Now’s Norwich HQ for the next round of the competition. The winners will be announced at the Gala dinner celebration held at The Brewery in London this May.
