We are pleased to announce that we will be releasing January's software update on Thursday 21st January at 7am GMT. As usual, updates are applied automatically to your system, and no action is required from you. There will no downtime.
Receipts have previously shown a product description, but now you can choose to print the product name on the receipt instead. This feature can be turned on via the 'Receipts' page under the 'Setup' section in the Back Office.
You are now able to set-up location specific cost-pricing. This new feature allows you to set different cost prices for each of your location areas. Your sub-logins can be set to be a franchise sub-login, which means that you can select who is able to see cost prices when it is relevant to their location areas. This can be accessed through the Epos Now Back Office.
Hospitality customers will have the ability to filter reports by wet and dry products. This allows you to view summaries of your wet and dry sales so you can make informed business decisions.
The latest feature to be released into Epos Now Labs allows you to email purchase orders directly to the supplier through your Back Office. This will save you time, by streamlining this process. This can be accessed once the Epos Now Labs App is downloaded by clicking through to the 'Suppliers' page.
When you make a purchase order, you can now click the email button in the 'Export to' section (see below) to send your purchase order directly to the supplier.
We have been working closely with our customers to ensure we make the changes that are the most important to you. The latest improvement to our integration with Sage will allow you to send Epos Now purchase orders directly to Sage.
