Partner Spotlight: Orderlord

We are excited to introduce our new partners Orderlord, the app designed to give you more control and consistency when delivering takeaway products to your customers. We spoke to CEO and co-founder Richard Lipovsky, to find out more about their motivations and why a well managed streamlined delivery process can help your business grow.

Who are Orderlord?

Orderlord is a lean team of 10 great people, with a 50:50 split in terms of business and development. The company was founded by Dusan, Ivan and I who saw the undeniable potential in delivery and its growth in the future.

Where are you based?

We are based in Bratislava, Slovakia in the heart of Europe with only a short flight away from London, Berlin or Paris.

What is your business & how did it start?

We are working very hard to give restaurant owners an alternative to outsourcing delivery. Orderlord enables them to manage delivery of their products effectively. This results in happier customers with more orders and far less hassle. It all started 3 years ago when Dusan and Ivan, armed with a wealth of GPS and mobile development experience, decided to build their own product. It began as field management software, which when I joined developed into food delivery. Since then we have been growing with both independent restaurants and chains, listening to our customers needs in order to develop and improve the service we provide.

What are your core values & mission?

We help restaurants to make their customers happy through great service; fresh food delivered promptly and efficiently. Our key values are trust in the team, cooperation with customers and partners, reliability in keeping commitments, doing the right thing and creating value with everything we do.

Why did you choose to work with EPOS Now?

EPOS Now fits the bill in terms of what we look for in a partner. Open communication, honest, driven and fast in getting the ball rolling. We can achieve a lot together by focusing on what we do best.

Do you have any advice for business’?

We are only at the beginning of our journey so we can’t give advice, but what works for us is having a problem-solving attitude in helping our customers succeed.
