Standard support

Operating between 9am-6pm at £25 per device (+£10 per location) our Standard support package offers;

Premium support

Premium support offers all the benefit standard support, with the additional cover of 24/7 phone access, at £35 per device (+£20 per location). Whether your experiencing issues at 2am on a Friday night close down, or have a question on a Sunday afternoon, our consultants are available to take your call.

From April 1st we will no longer be offering live chat or web support for accounts not subscribing to support. Customers experiencing issues as a result of faults on hardware still within warranty, problems related to software updates or integrations, or users still within the 30 day implementation period will still be resolved by our support team.
