The Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ EMEA program is an objective industry-ranking that recognises the fastest-growing technology companies in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) during the past four years. The program is supported by the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 initiatives, which rank high-growth technology companies by location or specifically defined geographic area, with 2016 marking the 16th year of Deloitte Technology Fast 500 program.

The UK came second to France in the list of top 10 countries with the most winners, with a total of 70 organisations making the list. The average growth of software companies throughout the EMEA regions were 362%. Software companies dominated the rankings with 271 companies making the list.
