Table Status App (TRIAL)
We are proud to present you our new Table Status App, which contains a dedicated hospitality booking system as well as advanced table management. See your upcoming reservations and track table status, from within the Table Plan. Never leave a customer waiting to pay again, with the tables colour coded to show what stage your customers are at.
Make bookings, and assign them to an existing customer (or quickly create a new one) at the chosen booking time. In addition, the app will allow you to assign customised stages to the tables, track how long a table stays in the same state, and also shows different table stages in different colours. Table stages will notify you when tables stay at a stage for too long. Find out more about trialling this new app here.
Gratuity App (TRIAL)
This will be a beneficial feature for hospitality businesses as it allows our customers to access details reports on staff tips. This report tracks cash and card tips, allowing you to view your highest earning staff members, and makes it quick and easy to view total gratuities and split tips between staff. Installing the App will enable the "Gratuity" button on the transaction screen and in the menu on the Till. Both of those buttons will redirect you to the screen where you can set the gratuity amount by entering a fixed number or choosing one of the default percentage amounts. All the gratuity amounts will be recorded in the Reporting sections in a separate Gratuity Report. Find out more about trialling this app here.
CCTV Integration (TRIAL)
Keep a closer eye on your business. The integration connects with your existing CCTV equipment, and overlays real-time transaction data from the till directly onto your CCTV video. This gives you complete audit capabilities, allowing you to see the actions of your till operators on camera, with their corresponding actions on the till. Comparing two date ranges in the reports (available via the Labs App)
This feature will enable the option to compare two date ranges within our reports. Our customers were asking for a way to easily compare sales across the previous weeks and months. This can be easily done now via the "Time Comparison" feature (available in the Reporting > Sales section). Find out more by clicking here.
Managing schedules and price bands will be easier than ever, with new filters and the ability to duplicate schedule or price band.
Add new products to an existing purchase order, ensuring stress-free ordering from your suppliers.
Unfinished stock takes will automatically be saved as drafts, so you can go back and finish them whenever you wish.
Bulk Import App
We have made many new fields available for importing, including 'tare weight', 'course', 'button colour', 'wet/dry category', and 'cost price'.
New report time selection
There are now two additional time selections within reports, including 'last 60 days', 'this week' and 'this quarter'.
The Product List now keeps track of where you are in the Product List, even after going to Advanced details of a product, so you never lose your last edited product! The last edited product remains highlighted and the current page remains selected.
