AppStore redesign
The hotly anticipated new AppStore is finally here. Users will have access to a range of exciting features, including:
- New app categories
- ‘MyApps’ functionality
- Access to recommended apps and integrations
We’ve also improved navigation within the AppStore, leading to a more streamlined experience for our users. Many of the changes have been made in direct response to customer feedback and reviews, so we hope you enjoy the update.

New close till experience
We’ve listened to your feedback around the existing close till experience. As a result, we’ve made a handful of changes, such as:
- Cash up has been made optional
- ‘Float’ and ‘Total’ now have their own section
- Users can open the cash draw upon clicking ‘Print & close’
It’s also possible to view the total amount based on blind end of day.

Points tender
Points tender has been moved to its own location beneath payment tenders. You can now easily locate the points tender buttons during payment.

Clocking improvements
We’ve added calendar controls to the ‘Add Hours’ page. This makes the process of adding staff hours faster and more reliable.
Ordoo integration
We've partnered with mobile booking system Ordoo to bring online ordering to our platform. Key features of this integration incluide:
- Online and mobile ordering capabilities
- Control over serving times and the products on sale
- Built-in loyalty scheme
- 'Order at table' functionality

Coming up: Server Banking
We now support Server Banking - a common operational model in US restaurants that is quickly gaining steam in the UK.
You can now choose to operate as a ‘server banker’, enabling you to manage ‘close shift’ for a specific server as opposed to the till device.
We really value your feedback, so the launch of Server Banking will be delivered in phases. This will allow us to hear your thoughts and action your requirements.

If you are interested in enabling Server Banking and being part of the feedback group, please get in touch with Amy at amy.kearns@eposnow.com.
