We are pleased to announce that the following updates to your Epos Now software will be available this week!
Stocktaking with thousands of products is now possible using the new Stocktake search page.
The Stocktake search can be used to look up each product that you want to stocktake. This is ideal for businesses that have a very large number of products or when a stocktake is to be made on a selection of the available products.
A stocktake is performed by searching for each product then entering the amount of stock that was counted.
The new stock take search also enables Fast Scan.
Fast Scan can be used to quickly count stock by scanning the barcode on each item. This method is ideal for businesses that use barcodes on most of their products. Scanning is very fast and can be used to scan over 100 barcodes per minute.

Customers who track stock for more than 50 products will be automatically redirected to the new page. The old page is still accessible via a button on the new page.This feature comes with interactive software guides - Check them out on the stock take page of your till for more details.
Our Magento web integration allows you to link your on-line sales with those made in-store, giving you a fully integrated, multi-channel business. We have made the following changes to our Magento web integration in order to further streamline your business:Order/Kitchen Printer.
Customers who make use of our web integration can now have any orders taken on-line automatically print to a kitchen/order printer. This is just one more benefit which our multi channel solution can bring to your business.
Companies who make use of both our Loyalty Module and web integration can now have their customers collect loyalty points to spend in-store whenever they buy on-line.

For all companies make use of our built-in customer database, the customers current balance is now shown on their receipt. Users of our Loyalty Module will also see the customers points balance alongside this. This helps boost loyalty and repeat visits by keeping your customers up to date with their spend.
Note: in order for this information to stay current the balance is only shown when a receipt is automatically printed after a transaction and when the print previous receipt button is used.
A clock has been added to the top right of the till to show current date and time.
Note: This is not displayed on devices where the time is already shown e.g mobiles, tablets and IPads.
